Dyed to Match Fiber Paste

Still playing around with creating texture and interest with stencils.  Today I've dyed some fiber paste to match the card base.  It has sort of a stucco type look that looks like it's been embossed into the card...love that!

Used two different colors of re-inkers to dye my fiber paste.  Just basically added a drop at a time until I thought it was the right color.  Then, using a spatula it was pushed through a stencil/template.  It takes a bit of time to dry...a couple of hours at least...patience...there's that word again!

Next using my brand spankin' new die from WPlus9, I cut the tag, stamped the image and the sentiment.  Then colored it with Copics.  Once that was done some Wink of Stella was added for a little shimmer.  The camera or perhaps the photographer *grin* has a tough time showing just how beautiful the Wink of Stella look is!

Then I added a strip of ribbon at the bottom of the tag, knotted another piece of ribbon through the tag, added a few pearls.  Popped the tag up on dimensionals and done!

Here's what I used:
Paper:  SU! Blushing Bride and Copic Xpress blending paper
Ink:  Memento Tuxedo Black
Stamps:  Flourishes and Simon Says Stamp
All the other stuff:  WPlus9 Timeless Tags 2 die, Fiber Paste, SU! Pretty in Pink and Blush Blossom re-inkers, spatula, Memory Box Honeycomb stencil, SU! Kraft ribbon, pearls, dimensionals, Wink of Stella marker, Copics:  E42, R21, RV0000, RV21, RV23 and W1
