It's the Sketch Challenge over at Splitcoast today. Roxie fans the flames of our creativity with new and interesting sketches week after week. Thank heavens for Roxie!
As usual, a standard A2 card base. It's been topped with some designer paper that's been distressed, sponged and faux stitched. A piece of lace from my stash is layered over top of the designer paper. Next comes another layer of plain card stock layered with another piece of coordinating designer paper. And that's repeated yet again with a smaller rectangle.
The sentiment piece has been die cut, stamped and sponged in the die. Then, I traced and hand cut a slightly larger piece to mat it on.
I've layered a piece of lace, some seam binding and some twine, then glued it to the corner of the smallest rectangle. The flower is die cut, sponged and then a flat back pearl was glued into the center.
