This card has been made for the Sketch Challenge over at Splitcoast today. It's not a standard A2...gasp! This is actually a 6 1/2" x 5" card for a change.
I've taken a piece of designer paper and stamped it with the black floral stems. Then it was used for the background and as a background behind each of my three squares. The squares are made using the Black Magic Technique. Here's how: stamp your image in a white craft ink onto black cardstock; heat set it; then color it with colored pencils. When you color the image, start in the center with your darker colors and gradually add lighter colors working out to the outer edges. Next came some bling with a Stardust pen.
Paper: Bazill (unknown color), Stampin' Up! Basic Black and Basic Grey Perhaps
Ink: Stampin' Up! Craft White, Versafine Onyx Black, Dusty Concord Distress Ink
Stamps: Inkadinkado Garden Delight, Magenta (sentiment)
Accessories: Big Shot Pro, Square Nestabilities, embossing buddy, Gelly Roll Stardust pen, sponges, Prismacolor pencils: Violet, Process Red, Hot Pink and Lavender
Have a wonderful Wednesday, everyone!
